A Whisker Away is a story that describes the line between human and animal which starts to blur after a girl transforms herself into a cat. Miyo Sasaki is in love with her classmate Kento Hinode and tries repeatedly to get Kento's attention by transforming into a cat, but at some point, the boundary between herself and the cat becomes ambiguous. Miyo Sasaki is a weird second-year junior high student, who falls in love with her classmate Kento Hinode."A whisker away" is a cute Netflix anime film. It is a love story of naive obsession that is a little more than worrisome. Thinking that the cat is a friendly stray, Hinode even names this cat after his beloved old pet Taro, a gesture among many that make Miyo silently swoon. The villain of this story is a cat known as Mask Seller, who gives Miyo the ability to transform in a rushed opening scene.
